Andreas is a 42-year-old paraplegic who had a major back injury after a fall from a tree in 1995.

Since 1995, he has become more and more adventure oriented and has traveled extensively in search of adventure including a 5 month, 31 country, solo world tour visiting countries in North America, The Caribbean, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Western Europe and Africa. 

This big adventure was about circumnavigating Australia using a handcycle with a goal to travel through every state and capital city.

From the 3rd of April 2005 to the 3rd of April 2006 (the 10th & 11th anniversary of his accident) he rode from picturesque Coochiemudlo Island, Southeast Queensland, on a 16,000km anti-clockwise World Record breaking ride through every state in Australia.

Along with his crew, a ute (Mindy) and a caravan (Mork) he set off to make history...

He visited over 50 schools along the way and raised money for children’s charities during his ride.

His next adventure, a Melbourne to Darwin 5000km ride (www.extremerolling.com) is a journey traveling up the red centre of Australia to raise money to cure children of clubfoot in Kenya
